I have already created an OLQ(OLQ997787) But i just wanted to add to my original message that there is a lot of threads on the first page of Corsair's support forum with similar issues with the mic on this headset.
Secondly, I imagine you guys will be busy over Christmas but what is the expected turnaround for receiving an RMA number? Or would it be faster for me to bring it into the store and swap it/leave it for testing?
