I've recently had to return my P9X79Deluxe due to a PCI-E lane being broken. I sent it off via DPD last Friday and I STILL have not received acknowledgement that it has been delivered.
I've emailed customer support a few times and they emailed the head testing manager who still has not emailed me back.
My frustration here is why have you not even signed the package in. Not even for testing, just to check it has been sent. I've been waiting and I am a student so I cannot afford the 35p a minute 0871 number provided.
Can someone please help me as I am very worried my motherboard has been lost.
I will give RMA number at request.
