    Scan - RMA service help

    Hi,

    I've recently had to return my P9X79Deluxe due to a PCI-E lane being broken. I sent it off via DPD last Friday and I STILL have not received acknowledgement that it has been delivered.

    I've emailed customer support a few times and they emailed the head testing manager who still has not emailed me back.

    My frustration here is why have you not even signed the package in. Not even for testing, just to check it has been sent. I've been waiting and I am a student so I cannot afford the 35p a minute 0871 number provided.

    Can someone please help me as I am very worried my motherboard has been lost.
    I will give RMA number at request.

    Thank you for that information. I definitely feel better now. Is there a rough estimate to when it will be booked/ Tested and sent back?

    Hi,

    Please don't hold me to this but at a guess I would estimate later today/tomorrow or Monday.

    I believe we have staff working in testing tomorrow (Saturday) also to try and reduce the backlog.

    New question today.
    It's Tuesday and Scan have yet to dispatch?
    Is this going to be another delay after delay to get my parcel? I would like some confirmation of when I am going to get a replacement sent off? I really need it to work on projects, so a dispatch date would be nice to know.
