    RMA - Current stage Awaiting replacement / credit

    Hi,

    Please excuse my ignorance on this, but I seen a few horror posts when trying to find out how long things have been at this status or rather trying to find out more about each status level but couldn't see this.

    How long roughly should it be at this status if replacement is requested? It's been 3 days since it got upgraded to that status after one of my many faults found was confirmed by the Scan team.
