Always had great support from scan, it's the only place I shop for PC hardware, anyway just got an X-fi titanium OEM sound card, I knew people have issues with this card but I thought I might get lucky but was not to be, card keeps disappearing from the OS randomly on system reboot. So I want to return it under DSR for a refund and get the Xonar D2 from scan but you guys are not replying to RMA requests, I have sent two now, one on the 27th and today. Do I have to call? you have email problems?
