Unfortunately there seems to have been an error in your system regarding my order.
I placed an order for
LN32836 - Asus 5450 EAH5450 SILENT/DS/1GD3(LP)
but have been sent
LN32089 - EAH5450/DI/1GD3(LP)
instead.
I know there has been a mistake in your system as i specifically ordered LN 32836 as this card has displayport and supports eyefinity - the card i have recieved does not support this feature and is useless to me. It also seems the card i received (LN32089) has been opened previously and is a previous customer return (seals broken).
The card i have recieved has also been out of stock for some time and has been due in stock since January 27th - as your website currently states. So there was no way i could have ordered it and received it as a next day delivery ( i ordered on 11/2/2012)
The asus card with displayport was in stock and as i have 3 monitors, this is the only card that would work with my setup.
For some reason your system changed my order to the HDMI version!
I would like to return the card for a full refund and be reimbursed for sending it back to you - the error ocurred through no fault of my own. And the card i had wanted is now out of stock. When will it be back in stock?

PS sorry i have come across a bit short in my tone - i had taken a day off to await delivery and received the wrong card! Its just really frustrating
