    Very slow RMA?

    Hi guys, not sure if this is normal but I've been waiting on a HDD RMA for some time now. As I'm sure you can imagine, it's getting a bit frustrating. The RMA was approved on 2nd Feb and since then I've sent 4 emails with no reply whatsoever. Why is my replacement taking so long?

    Just an update - sent more messages just now and have now got a reply. Hopefully I can get my replacement this week....
