    Thumbs down Asus monitor issue

I am also having a problem with a VG278H monitor that was DOA. Contacted Scan and all they would do was give me the telephone number to ASUS. Contacted Asus on the 19th December and completed their RMA procedure, but so far no replacement monitor. Every time I try and contact them they say it is out stock.

    Re: Asus monitor issue

I still have the monitor. ASUS replacement procedure for monitors is for them to send out a new monitor, and I exchange that for my monitor, i.e. the courier will give me the new monitor and take the old one.

They have never given me an ETA when the monitor will be replaced, they just keep on telling me the monitor is out of stock, and this has been since the 20th December 2011.
