Cancel Order Please

I'm not sure how to do it through the site so can someone at scan please cancel my order (E1853262) as I've made a mistake with one of the items.

It would be best to contact them direct than through forums (for one you haven't included any order numbers etc.. so they aren't going to know what to cancel)

I shall also check on this in the morning and if not cancelled shall either cancel or contact you further to see if we can amend the invoice to correct the mistake

On checking your order it appears as though since the thread was created you have been speaking to our Customer Service team via the OLQ system.

I shall get them to respond to your recent request.
