Hi,
I have a current RMA which has been going on for over 2 months with you.
I have sent back a ZOTAC GTX 590 back in the beginning of March which was faulty (brought last april 2011 time). The card got tested by your technical department and has been confirmed to be faulty. They determined that there was nothing more they could do and have sent back the card to there suppliers (which i thought was the ZOTAC themelves). This card is no longer available from you guys i realise and i have been offerED a GTX 680 or 7970 as a alternative of £280 pounds refund for the card, based on what they state as "benefit of use and depreiation", but there is no explenation of this on the terms on conditions (on either the website or the paper copies). I have been in contact with the RMA people a number of times over this issue as the card have got a full 2 yr warranty with ZOTAC (with a extended 5 yr warranty). In the warranty information (from ZOTAC) it states that the card should be sent back to the retailer and they sort out the card.
The resolution your RMA department seems controy to all info i can find for the ZOTAC warranty (which you say any item will have after the card is over 3 months old). As i have been a very valued customer for many many years i would like to get this resolved amicably.
for you reference the customer name is JD Smith and the RMA number is 263682
Thanks for the help and hope to get a response soon
