I placed a large order (01940054) from yourselves about a week ago, everything arrived this morning and looks impressive. I unboxed the NZXT Phantom 410 case and had a little look at it but I'm not overly happy about NZXTs cheap front, the door mechanism feels like that of a sub £30 case (I know this isn't Scans fault). So what I was wanting to know is if I would be able to return it and exchange if for an alternative case at what ever additional cost this would cause yourselves??
Hope you guys can help me ASAP because I was hoping to get my system built and ready in time for the launch of Diablo III next week.
