    Not 100% Happy - Goods not faulty - Can I return for an exchange?

    Hey,

    I placed a large order (01940054) from yourselves about a week ago, everything arrived this morning and looks impressive. I unboxed the NZXT Phantom 410 case and had a little look at it but I'm not overly happy about NZXTs cheap front, the door mechanism feels like that of a sub £30 case (I know this isn't Scans fault). So what I was wanting to know is if I would be able to return it and exchange if for an alternative case at what ever additional cost this would cause yourselves??

    Hope you guys can help me ASAP because I was hoping to get my system built and ready in time for the launch of Diablo III next week.

    You can return it under DSR but you will be responsible for the return costs of the case
    Someone left a note on a piece of cake in the fridge that said, "Do not eat!". I ate the cake and left a note saying, "Yuck, who the hell eats paper ?

    That's fine, I work for UPS so can get it packed and posted tomorrow for delivery Friday. Do I need to wait for confirmation from a Scan employee or can I just return it with a letter explaining I would like an exchange for "X" case because I'm not happy with the NZXT Phantom??

    You need to contact Scan and tell them you want to return it under DSR and they will sent you a RMA number which you need to include when you return it (they won't accept it back without one)

    I think it might be best for me to give them a call rather then wait for some to read this thread. What I might have to do is see if they will let me return it for a refund and then just order my new case today so i get it in time for the weekend....

    I've submitted a support ticket, just hope someone gets back to me early this morning so I can get a new order placed in time, it will be a loooooooooong weekend if I have to sit looking at all my nice new components boxes because I don't have a case to fit them in

    Please raise a query with returns mentioning you are returning under DSR as not wanted and not faulty / damaged. We will refund once received, in the meantime you can order the case you wish to, for delivery tomorrow.

    I saw that you sent an RMA request this morning so I have forwarded RMA instructions for you.

    As Chris has advised we will refund the case in full upon it's return to SCAN.

    As above, you would need to arrange and pay for the return of any unwanted goods. SCAN can arrange collection however we would deduct £10+ from your refund to cover collection costs.

    Ok, I thought I might have to do that, I will post it myself today via UPS for delivery back to yourself tomorrow. Again thanks a lot for your help, its service like this that will make me a Scan customer for many years to come
