Lian Li PC-TU200B - damaged or used case?

    Dear Scan,

Part of my order that I received yesterday was the above case. I didn't get chance to open the contents until this evening and it looks to me as though it's either a used or damaged case.

As I took the side panel off to begin prepping the case for a motherboard install and noticed some greasy smears & small scratches in some places on the interior. Then I saw this:

(one of the aforementioned smears is visible too as well as one of the small scratches, below the A)
The optical bay is noticeably bent on the left side of the case:

I then noticed that the front, top left corner of the case has a dent in it (not a great photo, I know, but the best my iPhone is capable of)

It almost looks as though the dent has been anodised/coated in place...?

Obviously, I'm not too happy with this - can I get an exchange, please?

    Thanks Mark,

I have just replied - I do not, however, believe the case was damaged in transit, as all the packaging looked intact - the dent in the top left corner looks as though it may have been in place when the case was anodised or powder-coated.

It could be a Lian Li Q/A issue...
