Hi,
I've just been into your store to return a Asus P8Z68V-PRO that has gone faulty within 7months of purchase. I was surprised to find that the board needs to be returned to Asus for repair as you no longer stock the same MB.
I have never had any issues returning faulty items before within 12months and have usually offered a replacement (similar model) or full refund in previous visits.
Please can you assist?
