I'm posting here because I'm fed up of being ignored. Scan has not responded to my regarding my rma for 8 business days. I've replied via the email method twice AND sent 2 completely new queries with no word back. Considering this is over ( what I thought would be) a obvious faulty product, I can't help but feel frustrated and let down. Award winning service I think not. Can I please finally have someone contact me so I can have my computer back together.
P.s if anyone's interested in what the rma is about, my computer would randomly crash, no bsod or anything. Then after restarting via the power switch it will refuse to post. It stays hanging, nothing on screen and doesn't restart. The only solution is to pull the plug out and wait. Then it'll work (after 1 more restart). I have swapped out EVERY component except the mobo/processor/ram and used two different BIOS and OS's and still the fault happens. The mobo is only 7 months old. I'm regretting that I didn't record the computer when it happens. This seems like a no brainer, am I missing something?
