I returned a Palit GTX 460 graphics card to you under warranty, which was tested by you and confirmed as dead, and sent off to the manufacturer/supplier on 9th May for repair or replacement. I was initially told it would take up to 28 days to resolve, and it's been over a month now and its status on the website hasn't changed.
I raised a returns query a couple of days ago to ask about it but I haven't had any response. Could you get back to me with more information?
