moved abroad - RMA question

Hi All,

I hope someone from scan can provide me an answer here.

I moved back home (stayed in the EU though), and now I have some hardware which have failed on me.

When checking my account I could not set my foreign address and now I wonder how this affects the RMA process?

ehhhhhhh,

I can confirm that we can raise an RMA number for your faulty item, but you would need to cover the costs of shipping the goods outside of the UK.
