I very much appreciate the service and support from SCAN, but I have been waiting over a month now for my order and I am hoping someone can chase it up.
The original order (17th May) had one pre-order item on it (LN43678 - admittedly without and ETA) but I was told on the phone that it would only be a week and opted to wait and have everything delivered together to save on transport. When nothing happened I asked again and was told another 1-2 weeks. I am pretty patient sort and said I would wait again but still haven't heard anything and have noticed that another item (LN40393) is now also listed on the main site as pre-order with no ETA.
Can you tell me whether I am now waiting for one or two items to complete the order and give me a proper date when (or if) it is likely to arrive - having waited this long I am reluctant to cancel.
