Basically long story short, i ordered 2 enermax cluster fans in white with white LED and 1 fan splitter connector. However when i ordered the enermax fans were on pre-order but anyway i bought the 2 fans and fan connector together, checked out and paid for it all via paypal. I rang this morning to check if it would be in stock today and was told it would be tomorrow however i no longer want the fans and was also told that during the process i should have had an option to ship seperately but i wasn't shown this. More so i read on scan somewhere that you wouldn't charge me until the products come into stock yet i checked out with a pre-order and paid the full amount via paypal.
I basically want a full refund since nothing has been sent yet and nothing has been picked either as confirmed by the e-mails i received. I did receive a notification of delay which it suggested to me a replacement fan but i do not want this. I would like a full refund please. I replied to the e-mail saying i would like a refund as of 10 minutes ago and expect a reply in the morning.
Anyone over at Scan able to help me with this or confirm that i would be able to get a full refund under DSR?
