    After-sale / Pre-payment

I tried to buy a case via Paypal and through a combination of my own stupidity and Paypal's technical limitations, I get kicked back to Scan's order confirmation page without having paid. I then get an e-mail from Scan telling me my payment's been declined (not surprising), and that in order to pay for it I have to call a telephone number...

I can't use telephones. For all intents and purposes I might as well be mute, so I'm wondering if my order can be cancelled so that I might re-order the case using Scan's payment method instead?

I would get someone to ring up on your behalf, I suspect it will be fine to order again as there is little chance of the order going through but best to cancel to be sure.

If you can't find anyone to call for you, make a ticket through the scan website to get it cancelled. Link is here : https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/sup...px?QueryType=C

Same thing happened to me when I tried to place an order on Monday. You would have thought they would have fixed that by now.

Paypal is a third party service, we have no control over their systems and sometimes if they are busy, it can time out.

I've been keeping a tab on the customers I've spoken to who have had paypal payment issues that have had to reorder and after checking into a little further I've noticed that a lot of people who are also having this issue are all using a certain 'cheap' ISP. It might be a co-incidence, but then again it could be related.
