I phoned customer services today to tell them that an item i had chosen on my order was out of stock and asked if i could change the item, this was done easily and quickly, she then checked that everything else was in stock and said it was and that my order was ready to be shipped and will be delivered tomorrow.
At 7:33 i received an email saying that my order had been delayed due to stock issues, how can this be when i was explicitly told that the items were in stock, I am extremely unhappy with this as I was told it will be delivered tomorrow. I am in urgent need of these components as I am without a PC and this is critical for my job. I have already arranged a day off work unpaid to take the delivery. It is now too late to cancel this day off as other staff have arranged to take the shift.
This is the first time i have ordered with scan and I'm really not happy with this.
