I phoned Scan on the 4 July to request an RMA, gave them the invoice provided in this thread and my email and haven't received an email with an RMA number.
Today I tried getting an RMA number through your website and I still haven't received an email.
I have checked my spam and there is nothing from Scan in there. I would like to get a refund for the motherboard I purchased because itlacks support for unlocked multiplier on Ivy Bridge processors.
Could someone please sort this out.
