RMA Failed to be issued

I phoned Scan on the 4 July to request an RMA, gave them the invoice provided in this thread and my email and haven't received an email with an RMA number.

Today I tried getting an RMA number through your website and I still haven't received an email.

I have checked my spam and there is nothing from Scan in there. I would like to get a refund for the motherboard I purchased because itlacks support for unlocked multiplier on Ivy Bridge processors.

Could someone please sort this out.

I suspect your system has a problem sending to gmail because I still don't have anything.

I have received 3 emails today from different addresses and also signed into my hotmail and yahoo accounts to send an email to my gmail address which have both come through without issues.
