    DSR rejected

    Hi
    I have DSR'd a GTX670 Windforce, it was recedived and tested by Scan last week but I received an email this morning saying it was rejected. Called customer services and I was told they are missing the user's manual and driver cd. I am definitely sure everything was in the box before I packaged it. Please help, I need my money back.

    I have checked the box before packing and it was there, the cd and user manual were on the inner box insert where the actual gpu lies (it's at the back of that). I hope they find those bits today. I have been a loyal customer since November of last year and spent quite a lot with Scan. I hope I don't have to go through different channels to claim my money. Thank you

    The card has been checked and double checked but it is definitely missing the manual and CD.

    The engineer who booked the item in checked the internal packaging and is 100% confident that the manual and CD were not present.

    Please double check at your side for the missing items as without these we cannot process a refund.

    I have triple checked my side already. Including my boxes in the garage, and definitely not with me. I never use drivers from cd's as I always download drivers from the internet. I also never remove manuals and cd's from any boxes, even motherboards. I am 100% sure that they were there in the box before I packaged them.

    I have spoken to Trading Standards and they said under the Consumer Protection Act DSR 2000, Scan is liable to pay the refund within 30 days of cancellation.

    Unless you can locate the missing parts there is very little more I can do. I have contacted Gigabyte to see if they can provide us with spares and if so we will refund the card for you. If Gigabyte cannot supply us with the items then we will have to return the card to you.

    Ok, hopefully they have a spare. As I really havent got those bits.I got to speak to my credit card company to see if they can sort it out.

    Good morning Mick

    I have thedriver CD and user manual/quick guide that is from a new GTX670 from Scan. I will send these to complete the missing bits from the previous GTX670 that I DSR'd.
    Do I just write the old RMA number 270338 in the package?
