Best Method of Returning RMA Items

    Hi,

I have an order that is due to arrive between 11:37 and 12:37, later on this morning.

I have already acquired an RMA number, so as to return the item once it has been delivered, but I was hoping to be able to refuse the delivery instead. Is this possible?

Will it invoke any additional charges? If so, what sort and how much?

My problem is rather straight forward but any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Lucas.

Re: Best Method of Returning RMA Items

    L.A.Baggaley,

You have two options in this situation, the first is to accept the delivery and then post this to us at your own cost, you would then be refunded in full for the order.
The second option would be to refuse the delivery, we would then instruct DPD to return the parcel back to Scan and you would be refunded for your order minus the delivery costs.

    Kind regards,

Would I need to offer the DPD driver my RMA number, should I choose to refuse the delivery?

    L.A.Baggaley,

All you need to do is refuse the delivery, please confirm if you would like to do this and I will ask DPD to re-direct the parcel back to Scan under your RMA number.

Re: Best Method of Returning RMA Items

    L.A.Baggaley,

I have informed DPD to re-direct the parcel back to Scan under the provided RMA number, please refuse the parcel and it should automatically be returned to Scan.

    Kind regards,
