    Question RMA frozen

    I brought two 27 HAZRO HZ27WCnG IPS led monitors and one was ok but the other one had to be sent back.
    It was found faulty and a replacement was supposed to be sent out but it has been stuck on picked on the online delivery tool for nearly a week now. Got no replies to my emails.

    Hoping someone can help me out, options running out apart from contacting my Credit Card company.
