    Rma zotac gtx 480

    Hi, just had my RMA accepted from Scan, I was told on the phone that Zotac cards were sorted out in the UK?

    Also I have been sent an E-Mail from Scan saying the turnaround time is 5 days?

    Now when I phoned them today to see how its going, I get told its going to take 28days!

    All I want is another GTX 480, they have some in stock, ok they are not Zotacs but who cares.


    Anyone know how long this is going to take?

    Having checked the details you have had the card since 2010, it is now covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

    As such we are returning the card to the supplier/manufacturer in order to obtain a repair or replacement, this process can take up to 28 days.

    Sorry for the hijack, but I'm in a similar situation. it's 2 months now and I'm still waiting for my cards to be replaced or refunded. I barely get any response via email or pm.

    Tried e-everything on my return last year but it never worked. Phoned and was done in 10 minutes!

    There is no set time limit I have been told, so it could take years to be sorted then!

    Hi Richard,

    Our returns team are now dealing directly with Zotac rather than our supplier, when we spoke yesterday afternoon it was already quite late in the day. Apparently Zotac support are based somewhere in Europe and are an hour or so ahead of us, as such we didn't hear back from them before 17:30.

    I have been informed we expect to hear back from them this morning, I can only assure you I will update you as soon as I have some useful information for you.
