    Hello, firstly I want to say that sending back my Gigabyte 670 went smoothly. +1 for Scan and DPD here. Fast replies and smooth pickup.

    Just wanna ask what "Awaiting Replacement / Credit" means exactly. Is there any chance it could get confirmed today and sent out for tomorrow or should I be expecting delivery next week.

    Just asking because I'm moving within the next few days and I want to know what city to be in.

    And just want to confirm that I want a replacement not credit.

    Hi,

    I can confirm the card was booked in, tested and confirmed faulty today, unfortunately we are not quite on same day turnaround at the moment , however I would estimate your replacement to be shipped tomorrow for delivery Monday, or Monday for delivery Tuesday at the latest.

    Sorry I cannot be more accurate at this time.

    Currently the replacement is due to be delivered to the original delivery address, if it's better for you I can request the returns address is changed?

    Hello, thank you for the response. Delivery for early next week will be perfect, I'm unsure when the electricity will activated so I'll still have the card delivered to the original address Many thanks for asking though.

    Hello, not to be naggy or anything but do you know if there's been any progress made on the RMA? Is there a possibility it could be sent out today for tomorrow? Or will there be a delay

    Very, very sorry for such a late reply, there's been problems moving. May I just state that the card arrived on time. Excellent service from Scan and DPD here, good knowledge of the situation and all around friendly and professional service.
