MSI Motherboard - OEM/Refurb?

Hi,

Ordered a few bits off of you the other day and it's all arrived in good condition fairly quickly (thanks for that). I do have a question about the motherboard I received though, it seems that it's either been refurbished or is OEM? It came in a simple brown box, and parts of it look used, such as the anti static bag being already opened and the driver disc paper wallet being ripped.

I would have expected a brand new item seeing as it's described as such.

I can confirm these boards were supplied to us directly from MSI Taiwan. All boards of this part number were shipped to us in brown boxes. I have asked for the website to be updated to state the boards are supplied in a plain brown box rather than the normal retail packaging.

Other than the brown box I can confirm this is grade A brand new stock.
