Order mistake - two PCs being delivered

Hello, on Friday (yesterday) I ordered a PC build which did not go through as my account was not used to such large amounts. After I had verified that there was no wrongdoing with the order, I had ordered the components again. Unfortunately the first order then went through and I am now set to receive double the components on Monday.

Can you please cancel one order for a refund and stop DPD from delivering both on Monday. This would save DPD having to come back and pick up the parts. I would like to state that I would still like one set of the parts to be delivered, but not both.

    Regards

You are probably best contacting Scan early Monday with what they suggest to do, they may suggest the following :

It might be tough to contact DPD in time to stop the delivery being wasted. You can however refuse the delivery in it's entirety at the door(no way you will be only be able to reject the one set of parts as I can imagine they are all packed in together) and then await the refunds to happen then order once.

I would check with Scan what is best though they are in the position to comment, at a weekend not so much.

Just updating this thread by saying that my delivery was completely cancelled, even though I was told otherwise by the customer service department on the phone.
