    Very angry at service

    A few days ago I called up scan after mistakenly ordering 2 PC's due to a transaction error. While I'm obviously not blaming scan for this error, I am however angry after calling the customer service to cancel ONE of the orders I found out by calling them on Friday that both deliveries had been returned. Also I had posted on the forum and was not given a response by a scan employee. I have still yet to get a refund meaning my basket has a risk of increasing in price.

    I would like to know what could be done about this as I believe this is ridiculous customer service.

    All the component's were probably on the same order number or same delivery number/details with DPD and recalling one has recalled both.
    It states clearly on their website not to order anything again and contact them if payment fails as this sort of stuff happens all the time. You didn't follow this instruction.

    Forum isn't a official contact method...they certainly aren't here at weekends when you posted. In fact I replying telling you this would probably happen.

    I've heard that these forums are one of the best, if not the best ways of contacting Scan. I am appalled at the fact that takes a non-employee to tell me what is going on.

    And just for your information, my biggest gripe comes from the fact that I was told on the phone by customer service that only one shipment would be cancelled and I would still get my items. I'm pretty sure that is an official contact method, is it not?
