A few days ago I called up scan after mistakenly ordering 2 PC's due to a transaction error. While I'm obviously not blaming scan for this error, I am however angry after calling the customer service to cancel ONE of the orders I found out by calling them on Friday that both deliveries had been returned. Also I had posted on the forum and was not given a response by a scan employee. I have still yet to get a refund meaning my basket has a risk of increasing in price.
I would like to know what could be done about this as I believe this is ridiculous customer service.
