Dear sir/Madam,
Can I just say what excellent customer I received from Scan. I was having problems with my bank freezing my account and the two gentlemen on sales were very patient and got my order through last minute which was EXCELLENT as I had all day Tuesday to build my computer! My question to be fair relates to amd's never settle offer so you may not be able to help me. Basically I have the voucher code and my problem is on the ubisoft website. I follow the instructions from amd so I add far cry 3 to my basket but there is no "click here to redeem" link I just get taken to a form for billing my debit/credit card. Does anyone have some experience with this? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Samuel,

It looks like the game isn't available till 30/11 so it's possible you are not able to redeem the code you are given from AMD on the ubishop site before the games release.

Try again on or after the 30th OR in the meantime e-mail support@amd4u.com who should also be able to provide assistance.

The game won't be released yet. Wait either on November 30th or December 4th and then enter the code.

i pre-ordered the game with my AMD code and i will show you how.

1. the voucher should tell you to go to www.AMD.com/neversettlepromo

2. Fill in the form using your unique coupon code, it should be something like ABC-DEF-GEF-HIJ

3.You should then get a code emailed to you from AMD subject name AMD Gaming Evolved: Never Settle Game Key

4.Click here > http://shop.ubi.com/store/ubiemea/en...e_Edition.html

5.Where the Pre-order blue button is click on it.

6.you should now see this screen



7.enter the code AMD sent you in the Promo Code box and update, the price should go from £39.99 to £0 and finish the order process.

8.Ubisoft will email you order conformation that has your order number in it. Once the release date comes round, you will be able to download the game.

Hopefully that all makes sense.
