I've had to send my new Iiyama monitor back due to it no longer working. Scan promptly sent me an RMA code and DPD have already picked it up on Wednesday.
It's now been delivered to Scan and signed for at 9am Thursday morning yet on my RMA it says that it's still not been recieved and I've had no information to say whats going on with it.
Is this normal for Scan RMA's as this is my first time dealing with this companies RMA system and to be honest with other retailers I've RMA'd items and have normally been in contact with me about a replacement and delivery by now.
