Is there an ETA on this? The claimed turnaround on RMA items is 10 working days, which has now passed.

Firstly please accept our apologies for the delay.
We e-mailed you on the 8/11 to advise the card returned is EOL and as such we would be returning the goods to the supplier/manufacturer to source either repair, replacement or credit for you.
The e-mail advises we will be in contact further once we know the outcome of the return to the supplier/manufacturer. Please note this process can take up to 28 days from the date we booked in your card originally (5/11)
I have requested an update from the supplier/manufacturer and will update you further as soon as they have replied.
