    Is there an ETA on this? The claimed turnaround on RMA items is 10 working days, which has now passed.

    Hi,

    Firstly please accept our apologies for the delay.

    We e-mailed you on the 8/11 to advise the card returned is EOL and as such we would be returning the goods to the supplier/manufacturer to source either repair, replacement or credit for you.

    The e-mail advises we will be in contact further once we know the outcome of the return to the supplier/manufacturer. Please note this process can take up to 28 days from the date we booked in your card originally (5/11)

    I have requested an update from the supplier/manufacturer and will update you further as soon as they have replied.

    And how long, on average, is the expected delay between agreeing to the proposed refund amount, and receiving the proposed refund amount? At this point in time I'm increasingly concerned about not having a working GPU before Xmas.
