Your 'Pro Audio' department made a mistake and advertised an item as bundled with a remote controller. I bought it (£850), but was disappointed it was not as advertised and you agreed a full refund at no cost to me.

The item was returned to you and received and tested by Lee on 21st November and despite further email from me and telephone calls - no further action has occurred.

Please help to resolve this as soon as you possibly can.
