    Rma 276700

    Could I get an update for this RMA please? My gfx card has been with you since the 17th October, which is now over 6 weeks ago. The last update I had was on the 14th November, suggesting you would have an update in 7-10 working days.

    Also, I am not sure whether there is the option to get a replacement card or credit for it, if you could let me know?

    Looks like we have received (yesterday) a replacement from MSI.

    I have chased with our returns department to confirm receipt of the replacement and will update you further when they reply.
