A while back I bought some corsair memory from you and recently one of the DIMMs died (PC wont boot in any slot with that DIMM but boots with other DIMMs from the kit.
My question is do I need to RMA to corsair or to you?

Not sure on the RMA status, suspect it boils down to if Corsair have a UK RMA process if not Scan might be able to save you posting it to Europe someplace.
Be prepared to ship the entire set back if Corsair are anything like OCZ.
Hi,
Looking at your invoice the memory was purchased originally in 2010 and is now EOL.
As such I would suggest requesting an RMA directly via Corsair:
http://www.corsair.com/support/technicalsupport/
As suggested above you would generally be required by Corsair to return the set of 3 rather than just the faulty stick.

Aye I figured as Much
