Require Urgent Cancellation of Order

I require the cancellation of this order. I have already asked for it to be cancelled using the only available way on your site (why I can't cancel an order my self is still baffling) yet I have received two emails this morning saying that the order is printed and now that payment has been taken for the order. This is after I have asked for it to be cancelled. I'm not even sure as to how you have taken payment for this order as I couldn't complete the transaction due to having trouble with the Verified Visa section and so created a new order using another card.
