Hi, I am interested in an update over RMA 290057.
I returned a DoA XFX 7950, as the fan was not functioning properly. I was informed that scan.co.uk received the returned item on the 11/12/12, and that it was forwarded to the supplier/ manufacturer, and that I would receive further updates. A week past and I heard nothing, so I sent another email asking for another update. All I was told was that they were looking into it.
Now, nearly a month later, and nothing new, I was wondering if I could get a real response here.
Also, I was interested in either a refund, or credit, as I would prefer to get another card, instead of the one I returned.
