Ricco,
I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having, I will look into this query properly for you tomorrow.
However looking at the information you have provided I can see that a card of equal or better specification was offered as a direct replacement which you were not happy to accept.
As the 560 range is now effectively end of life and a direct repair or replacement was not possible a refund has been calculated taking into account benefit of use and market value depreciation.
I believe the upgrade you requested was declined because we cannot accept payments via PayPal for upgrades and you would not receive a new warranty with the upgrade, as such a refund was recommended so that you could purchase a new card with a fresh warranty.
If your payment card has changed/expired but your account has not, the the refund will still be processed and accepted by your bank (as far as I aware).
I hope this helps clear the matter up for you.
Kind regards,
Ricco (16-01-2013)

Ricco,
In terms of performance, the standard 660 is as good as if not better than the 560ti 448, the card offered to you was selected based upon performance and the refund amount you were entitled to.
As a goodwill gesture we are willing to offer the LN46864 2GB Gigabyte GTX 660 Windforce 2X, 28nm, PCIe 3.0 (x16), 6008MHz GDDR5, GPU 1033MHz, Boost 1098MHz, Cores 960 as a direct replacement when it arrives back into stock.
Alternatively you can pay the difference from the refund amount we had offered to an ATI or alternative Nvidia card but I must stress that you will not be provided with a new warranty, this is why we have advised you to accept the refund and once processed place a new order so you will receive a new warranty with the purchase.
Kind regards,
All good

Hi Mick,
was just checking if stock had arrived since i got an email today from Scan about the completion of my RMA and LN46864 2GB Gigabyte GTX 660 Windforce 2X has vanished !
Is this a problem??
Don't worry Mick, i can see you are a busy man !
Must be hard to keep the Flag flying high at Scan
Just got around to installing the card, very happy - its definitely as quiet as the MSI, if not a little quieter.
Thanks for sorting this Mick.
One quick question, would the warranty on the card (should i need it) be the ballance of the one returned?
