Hi,

My RMA request has been authorised,and my card has been tested.

I am posting in here to firstly say how quick the process so far has been this time, I am very happy about that. Secondly, I would just like to make sure that the replacement card I receive will be new, and this time will work properly? This will be the third card I will have received now, and I wouldn't want to have to go through the hassle of yet another RMA.

Also, are there any options I have regarding returning my card or buying a different one ?

Further to your query, I can see that a brand new card has been dispatched to you and should be with you today, if you have any problems with the card please let us know and we will see what options are available to you.
