So i placed a order with scan yesterday before the 2pm cut off point, recieved the 1st 2 emails then nothing 6 oclock came so tried to ring but only to find it's shut.
So i've now rang this morning to be told there was a delay with my order, i asked why and why i wasn't informed only to be told "we only opened 3 minutes ago" quick enough to take my £300 but can't keep me upto date on my order.
Then at 9:15 this morning i recieve the delay notification email, joke if you ask me, considering i already know it's delayed, I should of recieved this yesterday not on the morning of the day i'm supposed to recieve my goods
Considering cancelling only ordered with scan because of the free delivery they worked out £3 cheaper than another site and i needed it today not tomorrow, how long does it take money to be refunded back onto a card?
