No followup with my Scan RMA - Help Please

Hi, I sent a returns request and was given the query code OLQ1133706 . I emailed again a couple days later asking for any more info, and I still haven't received any information. My Hard Drive was DOA and I really need this done quickly! Any help would be much appreciated, cheers!

    Will013,

Please accept our apologies for the delay, I can see that a member of the returns team contacted you today, if you can provide a brief description of the fault in your reply we will process the RMA.

    Kind regards,

One thing quickly - would it be fine for me to package the HDD covered in a few layers of bubblewrap? Would that provide sufficient protection? Cheers

Re: No followup with my Scan RMA - Help Please

    Will013,

I believe our dispatch team usually use about an inch and a half of bubble wrap to surround hard drives before dispatch, anything less could compromise the drive.

    Kind regards,

Re: No followup with my Scan RMA - Help Please

    Will013,

The hard disk was tested to be in full working order, our engineers report is as follows:

Detects fine in bios and in windows disk management. Passes Seatools tests ok.

Please contact our returns team in order to arrange return of the item.

    Kind regards,
