    Hi Scan guys.

    I had my 560Ti Hawk RMA'd a month or two back, and was basically told that there was no problems, and the excessive noise on my card at load and higher fan speed was due to 'dust blockage'.
    You sent my card back (you didn't clean it out, despite what you said), and I've been running it since.

    The problem is still there, as it was, and it's not fan noise. It's a dodgy bearing on the rear fan.

    Hi James,

    Sorry for the delayed response. I can forward a new RMA number for the card to be returned for testing. If the fault reported is replicated upon return we will forward the card on your behalf to MSI for repair or replacement.

    No response to our query system since March and no reply to this thread since May so setting this to resolved unless we have further contact we will assume the problem has gone away.
