    Help with returns request/RMA

    Hi,
    I am asking here for help in obtaining an RMA or details to return an item to Scan under the distance selling regulations.

    I have twice requested details for return instructions/RMA but as of yet had any correspondence or Acknowledgement of my requests whatsoever from Scan.

    I have filled out a returns query and a customer returns query.
    I have been given an allocated query number of OLQ116150 on both instances.

    The order was placed on 30/04/13 invoice number 00E2043963
    My first request was last friday 03/05/13.
    Second request was wednesday 08/05/13.

    Is there any help you can give on this matter?
