Mobo Scan RMA how long does this take anyone dealt with in past?

Hi there wonder if anyone has had any experience with scan and RMAs i see a lot of posts on here about RMAs. Just under a year of my build the mobo goes on the blink emailed scan and was impressed with response not long after with details of what to do next. I sent the package off next day delivery, when it was received was checked deemed broken and sent to supplier very quickly. I then waited a little bit sent an email asking how long the process takes and was told up to 28 days.

Last week it was getting close to the complete month and so sent email asking about status of RMA. Since then it has been the month since first arriving with them and i have sent 3 emails and 1 request a call back over the last few days and not received any information. Does anyone know if there is a way for a direct number to them without the call me back feature they have.

I am desperate to get computer back working again as in process of buying house and need paperwork off my computer for the mortgage. So this lack of response is risking the sale of a house now. I am not prepared to buy a new board when the one i had was in within warranty period i brought off scan to avoid all the old days of dodgy computer parts sellers.

so any information on a direct number to them or a way to even have them register i exist would be helpfull thank you all

    Thanks,

I've edited the post to remove your details and moved the post to the aftersales section.

I'm currently in the process of getting this chased up with MSI on your behalf.

Please accept our apologies for the delay.

    Regards

Re: Mobo Scan RMA how long does this take anyone dealt with in past?

Quick update, I've checked with MSI's RMA database and it's been updated to say a replacement board is on it's way back to us, it should hopefully be back with us tomorrow, after which it'll be booked in by our returns department and returned back to you.

    Regards
