Problem with graphics card

One of the products i bought (2GB PALIT GTX670 JetStream) has become faulty. Even in normal usage there are artifacts all over the screen, and many red small horizontal lines all over the screen. This gets worse when in games. The temperatures are ok (always under 70 celsius). How might i go about an RMA?
