EVGA gtx 680 order

I bought a Evga 4gb gtx 680 +backplate as in the invoice, on Thursday 30th may and am expecting delivery today but the order hasn't been picked or dispatched and after looking on the site, it says the card is now out of stock?!? and you have to pre order it even though I ordered it when it was in stock.

Can somebody look into this and tell me whats going on?

If I have to wait for stock to come in I wont be impressed, but I would like a timescale if so because im starting a full time job next week so wont be able to take delivery during the week. So, If the above is all true, when it does come back in, i'd expect a free Saturday delivery courtesy of scan for the inconvenience. Plus ive just sold my previous graphics card, leaving me unable to use a dedicated gpu.

Any official help would be appreciated as ive bought a lot from scan and don't want this to be my last purchase as the service is normally top notch.

Thanks Mick I have just checked my emails and have received the reply to the query, I think I will wait for the replacement stock but will ask if they can deliver on a Saturday as im working during the week.

Thanks again, the issue is now sorted and I will get a Saturday delivery when the card is back in stock, thanks for yours and the person who emailed me help in the matter, my faith has been restored in scan's excellent customer service
