    Unhappy Saturday Delivery - didnt happen (AGAIN!!!) - extra expense/time/costs

    I logged a customer service query as to why my saturday delivery order was still sitting in a birmingham depot - despite you sending out all the "your parcel has shippped - eta 8/6/13" and getting texts about it and the dpd website saying it was due for delivery on 8/6/13 - but I've not had any response to it.

    I've now had even more emails saying its been attempted for delivery today - when I'm not at home - or why would I request and pay for saturday delivery (I get free weekday delivery to my office - but I was at home at the weekend and paid extra for saturday delivery).

    This is the 2nd time I've paid for saturday - and looked like it was all working - only to have to make a trip to the depot (it a really dodgy area) to try to get it off them on monday or beyond.

    The query was logged under number - OLQ1173044 - but I rarely get any responses to these for some reason - I can only think this part of your website still uses some old email address of mine, whilst the ordering part uses my new one - and those come through whilst the former ones do not.

    I spend probably 3-4,000 per year at scan - and I would hope to be treated better than this - if you'd got your act together over haswell last weekend you'd have got my orders for that too - but half your prices for motherboards were missing - and requests for eta's of motherboards on these forums were not answered.

    Far from happy - having paid for something any not got it when/where I wanted it and the time/expense of a trip to a depot - and the extra wasted expense of a saturday delivery when I could have had free delivery to work for today - but I needed the items over the weekend.

    done - though the main issue is the non-arrival of paid for saturday deliveries contrary to all indications from emails and text messages - the other is just a pain/presumption - it might just be they got ignored.
