Corsair H60 possible parts missing and no instructions

I purchased a Corsair H60 with a SP120L fan at the weekend which is listed as a universal/multi CPU cooler. There were no instructions provided and I am having difficulty in trying to work out how to fit it to an Asrock AM3 motherboard. Corsair don't seem to have the instructions to downloads - it there a link available?

I'm guessing it's the backplate you're having trouble with. It catches a lot of people out, took me an hour of cursing to figure it out.

The backplate isn't a single piece like most, the standoffs for the screws can be adjusted, in or out as needed. So easy to miss and not mentioned anywhere in the bumpf that came with mine.

Re: Corsair H60 possible parts missing and no instructions

Please note this cooler is only advertised as being compatible with Intel sockets 115x

    http://www.scan.co.uk/products/corsa...dition-fan-oem

Would you like me to raise a returns number?

    Regards

Re: Corsair H60 possible parts missing and no instructions

Thanks, could you please raise a returns number.

It may help if the product is moved to the Intel only CPU cooler section and the socket compatibility is listed in the title since Corsair clearly advertise the H60 as being AMD compatible.
