Somewhat defective looking gfx card

Received this today, no external damage, no other obvious defects except that the card is woefully bent.

I'm certainly not going to accept or even attempt to use it.

Can I get it swapped, or am I going to have to return it and wait for a replacement?

Oh, its not snapped externally, just very bent, that said, the internal tracks might well be broken.

Michael has the pictures (he got them Monday) but was really busy and didn't get chance to respond and was out of the office yesterday unfortunately so apologises for the delay.
