    RMA Only showing as one item received

    On the RMA for this order I returned both items however only one item is showing as being received. I had returned both items on the RMA with the other item (SCIL 9018521209) in the same box to prevent it being damaged in transit and included a note to make you aware of this.

    Just raising it as only one item is showing as being received/tested/processed on the RMA despite both being returned

    I've received the replacement item (the kit) this morning but still no update on the RMA unfortunately and only one atomizer was in the box so it wasn't replaced at the same time by accident and seems to have been missed in the testing phase (the ego v2 only came with one atomizer, the other kits came are advertised as coming with 2)

    There was no name on the parcel either so it got passed around the office a bit before I received it

    A week later an update would be nice, all I've gotten is a repeated notification (on the 2nd and 7th) that my RMA is completed when:
    1. It hasn't been
    2. I've not had an update on the status of the returned part you have lost

    Sorry i'm confused.

    We have replaced the E-go VV2 E-Cigarette KIT and a refund of £26.86 has been processed, I get the impression the amount we have refunded is incorrect?

    Please clarify.

    Yes it is, just a touch

    The e go kit was replaced and the refund was only meant to be for the additional ce5 atomizer which was about 5 pounds, so the refund is far too much. I thought the rma information seemed off when I saw the refund amount!
