X102ba - bluetooth

I just received this product.


The X102BA is shown on your website as supporting Bluetooth; however, there is no indication in windows that there is a Bluetooth module. The normal asus key combination which toggle WiFi and Bluetooth on and off just indicates it is turning the Wifi on and off.

Does this product support Bluetooth or is there an error on your website?

I've asked our purchased team to check with our supplier for confirmation however from my own investigation this seems to be an error on our website as ASUS do not mention Bluetooth support on their product page for this model

On further investigation it seems that Bluetooth IS optional on some of the X102BA models, unfortunately just not on the one supplied Our website is being updated as I type!

Obviously we apologize for this mistake, we can of course collect and refund in full if you wish, OR we can credit you £10 as a gesture of goodwill for this mistake.

Please advise.

Thanks for the reply. As battery drain is significant via a USB Bluetooth adapter I would like to return the product.
